1. What Nurselingua is

Nurselingua is an educational practice tool for internationally-trained nurses preparing for German-language healthcare communication (Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung). It is operated by an individual (Urrehman — mizzymedia.ai@gmail.com). It is not a certification body, accredited language school, immigration service, or employment agency, and does not guarantee a job, visa, or exam result.

2. Educational use only — not medical or clinical advice

All patient scenarios are entirely fictional and exist solely for language-practice purposes. No real patient data is ever entered into the platform. Nothing in this application constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or legal advice regarding immigration or employment. Do not use AI-generated feedback as a basis for real clinical decisions.

3. Readiness scores are practice estimates

Scores, CEFR-band estimates, and feedback are generated by an AI examiner against a practice rubric. They reflect your performance in a simulated exercise — they are not official exam scores and should not be used as a substitute for an accredited language certificate (e.g. telc Deutsch B2·C1 Medizin, Goethe B2, or an equivalent recognised by your competent authority).

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your Account page.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Free plan includes an initial readiness assessment, up to 3 practice sessions, and a limited Vocabulary Brain. Premium (€14.99/month) unlocks unlimited sessions, the full Vocabulary Brain, and daily missions.

Billing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, collects applicable VAT, and issues receipts — they are the seller of record for regulatory and tax purposes. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and your account reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
